Once you have your regular e-mail window open you need to click once inside the writing area to place your blinking cursor into that

area. Once you see the cursor blinking in the writing box press the control (Ctrl) key while you click the "v" key on your PC computer keyboard.

Compress the "Command" key while you click the "v" key on your Macintosh keyboard. You will see the Web address you copied or any

other items you have copied using the highlight and copy system which appears in this compose or write box. You can add any message you

desire above or below the item you pasted into the "Write" or "Compose" box. You can paste one chartacter or a full book into that box and

e-mail it to as many friends or acquaintances you wish using the copy and paste from above. You could actually hightlight, copy, and paste the whole "Site Map" area and paste it into an e-mail window and send it to someone, if that's your desire. It doesn't matter where you are copying from on your computer it will still work. You're not limited to just one link. You can copy a link from anywhere you find it such as a Web page or a word processor’s document and paste it into another word processing document, or you can copy a link into the browser address window and click on "Go" or click your "Enter Key" and it will work.

This is what you will end up with after you have pasted the Web address you copied from your browser address window.

After you have pasted your Web address into the e-mails "Write" or "Compose" box you can include a message in the box with it.

Include the subject in the subject box and insert all your recipients e-mail addresses in the address box and click the "Send" button.

You can always share stuff with your friends and acquaintances with this method of copying from some where else and pasting it

into your e-mail and sending it, even photos and arts can be sent this way.

Many times you visit Web pages that include "Send this page to friends." links, there are some e-mail clients that will not allow you to

send e-mails from your computer if you are using free e-mail, but when you click the link the e-mail window will open on your computer,

You just won't be able to connect to the internet connection on the internet when you attempt to send your e-mail.

use the copy and paste method above to copy all the information from the e-mail window on your computer, to your regular e-mail

system that you use on regular basis. If you don't get a window to open when you click on the link to "Send this page to friends", then

you use the method at the beginning of these instructions.
